These are the same pigments made famous by the Italian Renaissance and used by conservators. Clean, vibrant, more translucent than other earths, they can completely change the attitude of what an earth colour can be. Unlike synthetic iron oxides, no two natural earths are ever alike, and these rare Italian colours are prized among painters as among the finest available in the world.

This set of ten 37ml tubes includes:
Italian Terra Verte, Italian Yellow Ochre, Italian Lemon Ochre, Italian Orange Ochre, Italian Green Ochre, Italian Pompeii Red, Italian Rosso Veneto, Italian Terra Rosa, Italian Pozzuoli Earth, Italian Black Roman Earth.
