Custom Stretched Canvas : Built to Your Exact Specifications

Design your perfect canvas using our interactive builder. Choose your frame size, material, depth profile, and canvas fabric — we'll cut, stretch, and staple it by hand in our Alexandria workshop.

What's Included

  • Frame: Kiln-dried hoop pine or warp-proof aluminium stretcher bars
  • Canvas: Premium artist-grade fabric (cotton duck, linen, or universal blends)
  • Bracing: Automatic centre, cross, or H-bracing based on frame size
  • Wedge keys: Included for tension adjustment
  • Stretching: Hand-stretched and stapled by experienced framers

Available Sizes

Any dimension from 12" to 96" (30cm to 244cm). Hoop pine in stocked lengths; aluminium cut to order per 0.5cm.

Frame Options

  • Hoop Pine 32mm: Our standard deeper profile — extra rigidity for larger frames
  • Aluminium 22mm / 32mm / 40mm: Warp-proof with green anodised corner plates

Canvas Fabrics

  • 12oz Cotton Duck (primed white, clear primed, or black primed)
  • 528 Cotton Universal — medium weight, smooth surface
  • Belgian Linen — premium fine-grain texture

Made in Sydney. Each canvas is built to order in our Alexandria workshop. Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days.

Shipping

As this is a customised item, standard local Sydney delivery fees will apply. However, you will be contacted for a specific shipping quote depending on the size the custom product is.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders for Bulky, Custom or Dangerous Goods to PO Box addresses is not accepted due to Government regulations.

Pre-Ordered item

Please note that pre-ordered items may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to you, in the worst case scenario. If the item is being imported from another country outside of Australia, the delivery time may be extended to 3-4 weeks.
