Description

Albrecht Dürer artists’ watercolour pencils provide artists with great versatility of expression when drawing, shading and painting in watercolours. High – quality materials, combined with over 250 years of experience, have resulted in watercolour pencils that produce unsurpassed watercolour effects and vibrancy. The coloured surface can be transformed with only a few fine or broad brush strokes to reveal the full and unique power of the colours. Depending on the paper being used, the pigments can be completely dissolved, and will then behave in the same way as classic watercolour paints.

 Faber-Castell's Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils combine professional-grade artistry with portable convenience. Each of the 30 pencils features a substantial 3.8mm lead core formulated with acid-free, lightfast pigments that deliver rich, saturated colour. The fully water-soluble composition allows seamless blending and layering—apply dry for precise detail work, then activate with water for luminous washes. Reinforced through the SV bonding process, these pencils resist breakage during everyday use. The included PU leather roll and integrated water brush (6ml capacity) make this set ideal for artists working en plein air or in the studio.
